Lynda has demonstrated this passion for excellence and going the extra mile for clients throughout her career. She created a nationwide collaboration training strategic plan for one of her Fortune 500 clients – because she recognized the need. She traveled across the US to help train every user, ensuring the organization experienced their desired outcome and all users were able to fully adopt the technology. Lynda truly believes in creating a custom, tailored experience for every organization and every end user.
During her time at InterCall/West/Intrado, Lynda focused on creating a compassionate, collaborative environment – often mentoring colleagues through their professional journeys. Part of what drew her to ChoiceTel was the team environment and the client first mentality of ChoiceTel.
